How much do your badges cost?
Our badges are as cheap as a baby bird (cheep! cheep!). Prices are as low as AUD$0.55 a piece! All the price breaks are listed on our prices page.

What is the price for more than 500 badges?
Order over 500 pieces are charged at AUD$55 per 100 badges. So 600 badges cost AUD$330 (6 x AUD$55), 1000 badges cost $550 (10 x AUD$55) and so on. Orders greater than 3000 pieces may be eligible for greater discounts please contact us with your requirements.

What size are your badges?
Our badges, commonly referred to as One Inch badges or button badges, are approximately 1" (25mm) in diameter. The 1" size is that most commonly by bands and fashion types. We also offer a 55mm (2-1/4") badge (below), these badges are ideal for promotions / awareness and fund raising. Find out more on the goods page.

How long will my order take to process and deliver?
Production time is as quick as can be! Although this does vary with the volume of your order and other orders we may be processing. If you have a serious deadline (lets face it, when are they not serious?) be sure to let us know so we can ensure your order arrives in time. Please allow an addition working day for delivery.

Can I pick my order up?
Sorry pick-ups are not available.

How do I use the badge template for my artwork?
Setting up artwork for your 1" custom badges is a cinch, all you have to do is download the Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator template from out artwork page and size up your artwork within the inner circle with a full bleed background. Then send the layered Photoshop or Illustrator template file to us, along with your order and we are in business. If the idea of setting up a template is a little too daunting, simply send whatever artwork you have and we will get it sorted. No Artwork Set-up Fees!

What payment methods are available for my order?
Paying for your custom badges is easy. We accept Cheque (made payable to 'Smine Design'), Money-Order, Direct Deposit (internet banking) and Paymate (for credit cards) payment methods.

What is the minimum quantity for an order?
The minimum order is 50 pieces. An order of 50 pieces may contain only 1 design.

Can I have multiple designs in my order?
Yes! you may have multiple designs in your order in multiples of 50. For example an order of 100 badges could contain 2 designs (2 designs x 50 each = 100) an order of 200 badges could contain 4 designs (4 x 50 = 200) and so on.

Can I get 'one-off' badges made?
Sadly we do not offer a one-off badge service. Setup costs and logistics have proven this to be unreasonably expensive for our customers.

Can I hire a badge making machine?
We do not offer a badge machine hiring service.
