S.L.A.M. Rally Badges

Friday, February 12th, 2010

Custom Made BadgesS.L.A.M. is a non-politically aligned, independent entity made up of musicians and music lovers.

In a bid to address ugly street violence Liquor Licensing Victoria have introduced some sweeping changes that have had some unintended consequences for the local music scene. We want them to admit their mistake and make the required changes (repeal that amplified music in small venues should require double security) immediately!

On the 23rd of February, coinciding with the 34th anniversary of AC/DC’s famous ‘It’s A Long Way To The Top’ film clip shoot down Swanston St, S.L.A.M (Save Live Australia’s Music) is organising a protest in support and celebration of the music scene in Victoria where current liquor licensing laws threaten to pull the plug on live music.

Band Badges is pround to support S.L.A.M with a donation of Custom-Made badges, be sure to attend the rally on Feb. 23rd to get yours!
